We offer a 14-day return policy (excluding sale items and/or products belonging to “ROME Limited”), which means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return.
All sale items and/or products included in “ROME Limited” are sold as final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or returns for these items.
Customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are determined by the relevant authorities and may be collected by the courier or local authorities.
In the event of refusal of delivery, any duties and costs already incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

EXCEPTIONS
Exceptions may be granted exclusively in the following cases:
| Items received damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery);
| Order fulfilment errors (e.g. incorrect item shipped).
To be eligible for a return, products must be returned new, unused and in perfect condition, complete with all protective materials, tags, stickers (where applicable), accessories and original documentation.
We reserve the right to refuse the return if the product shows signs of wear, has been used or modified from its original condition. Alternatively, we may reduce the refund amount proportionally based on the condition of the returned product.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To initiate a return, contact us at support@romeaccessories.it .
If your return is approved, we will provide all the necessary instructions for returning the package. Products returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above, we will inform you that the return cannot be accepted. You may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
Please check your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt so that we can verify the issue and provide a solution.
IDENTIFICATION TAG
All products sold by ROME Accessories are fitted with an identification tag secured with a single-use seal which constitutes an integral part of the product.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to obtain a different item is to return the purchased product and, once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
EUROPEAN UNION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with original tags and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 2 working days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the transaction.
